Backgrounds: Impaired sleep is independent risk factor of neurodegeneration and dementia. Chronic insomnia impairs melatonin (MEL) production that is directly proportionate to its duration. The underlying mechanisms linking sleep loss to dementia and the possible therapeutic effect of melatonin have not been fully elucidated.

Therefore, 240 one-day-old male broiler chicks (Ross 308) were divided into four experimental groups, with six replicates and ten chicks per group. The experimental groups consisted of a control group and groups with 2.

Besides, Somalia has scant data about OIs since a high burden of tuberculosis and HIV co-infection has been reported. Hence, up-to-date information is vital for better treatment and interventions and may support national and international HIV strategies and eradication programs.

Along with usual risk factors, one should explore causes such as recreational drug use, medication-induced myocardial infarction, and spontaneous coronary artery dissection. Here, we present the case of a 32-year-old male who presented with chest pain and was found to have complete thrombotic occlusion of the right coronary artery.

The network can improve many areas, including healthcare because IoT technology has the potential to reduce pressure caused by aging and chronic diseases on healthcare systems. For this reason, researchers attempt to solve the challenges of this technology in healthcare.

Nowadays, therapy with stem cells is one of the most promising future treatments. This kind of therapy could have a profound impact on both replacement, as well as regenerative therapies, to improve or even cure various disorders, including diabetes mellitus.

For example, comparing brain-wide neural dynamics across experiments and aligning such data to anatomical resources, such as gene expression patterns or connectomes, requires precise alignment to a common set of anatomical coordinates. However, this is challenging because registering functional imaging data to reference atlases requires accommodating differences in imaging modality, microscope specification, and sample preparation.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of dextrose prolotherapy in treating internal derangement of the temporomandibular joint.
Patients And Methods: A total of 20 patients with temporomandibular joint internal derangement were enrolled in the study. The diagnosis of internal derangement was confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
The purpose of this paper is to summarise the consensus methodology that was used to inform the International Consensus Statement on Concussion in Sport (Amsterdam 2022). Building on a Delphi process to inform the questions and outcomes from the 5th International Conference on Concussion in Sport, the Scientific Committee identified key questions, the answers to which would help encapsulate the current science in sport-related concussion and help guide clinical practice. Over 3½ years, delayed by 2 years due to the pandemic, author groups conducted systematic reviews on each selected topic.

The purpose of this multi-institutional and multidisciplinary evidence-based review with recommendations (EBRR) is to thoroughly review the literature on rhinosinusitis with PAD, summarize the existing evidence, and provide recommendations on the evaluation and management of rhinosinusitis in patients with PAD.
Methods: The PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane databases were systematically reviewed from inception through August 2022.

Background: Ward rounds are a cornerstone in the educational experience of junior doctors and an essential part of teaching patient care. Here, we aimed to assess the doctors' perception of ward rounds as an educational opportunity and to identify the obstacles faced in conducting a proper ward round in Sudanese hospitals.
Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted from the 15 to the 30 of January 2022 among house officers, medical officers, and registrars in about 50 teaching and referral hospitals in Sudan.
Paclitaxel, one of the most effective chemotherapeutic drugs, is used to treat various cancers but it is exceedingly toxic when used long-term and can harm the liver. This study aimed to see if rutin, hesperidin, and their combination could protect male Wistar rats against paclitaxel (Taxol)-induced hepatotoxicity. Adult male Wistar rats were subdivided into 5 groups (each of six rats).

Progressive deposition of extracellular amyloid beta (A) aggregates (plaques) and intracellular hyperphosphorylated Tau protein (p-Tau) are the core pathological markers of AD but may precede clinical symptoms by many years, presenting a therapeutic window of opportunity. Females are more frequently afflicted by AD than males, necessitating evaluation of novel treatments for the female population.

To date, the -index has lacked the ability to quickly classify matches according to which reference sequences (or sequence groupings, i.
