Many biological processes are mediated by protein-protein interactions (PPIs). Because protein domains are the building blocks of proteins, PPIs likely rely on domain-domain interactions (DDIs). Several attempts exist to infer DDIs from PPI networks but the produced datasets are heterogeneous and sometimes not accessible, while the PPI interactome data keeps growing.

Patients And Methods: Four patients with severe WAS phenotype have received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation between January 2014 and December 2019 from matched sibling donors with PBSC.
Peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) are the source of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplants currently used for malignant and non-malignant hematological diseases. PBSC harvest may be difficult in young children who are donors. Extracorporeal separator line priming by red blood cells or albumin alone is usually required to improve haemodynamic tolerance and efficacy of collection.

Out of the 54 African countries, HSCT is available only in six (Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, and Tunisia). During this meeting, African teams and international experts from the Worldwide Network for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (WBMT) gathered to share their experience and discussed ways to help fill the gap.

Proteolysis by pepsin consisted of a 2-h progressive reduction of pH. A turbidity measurement of beta-lg-pectin mixtures was carried out during the proteolysis.
