Introduction: Macrodystrophia lipomatosa is a rare benign condition characterized by a progressive persistent proliferation of the mesenchymal components and elements, with a disproportionate increase in fibro-adipose tissue. It causes a debilitating functional and psychological effect on the patient and his family.

Case Presentation: A 25-years-old male patient presented complaining of left middle finger swelling which was painless and progressive in size with no restriction of range of motion.

Introduction And Objectives: Despite improvement to surgical techniques of cleft-palate surgery, palatal fistulas remain a challenge. Many surgical procedures have been described for repair of these fistulas either by using the local tissue or by importing a new tissue from adjacent areas. In this report, we describe our technique for closure of palatal fistula using double-breasted mucoperiosteal flaps based on the greater palatine artery.

Purpose: To prospectively evaluate the accuracy of real time elastography (ultrasound strain imaging) for distinguishing between benign and malignant solid breast lesions with the pathologic results as the reference standard. We also evaluated if the fat÷lesion ratio could semiquantitatively evaluate the stiffness of breast lesions.

Patients And Methods: Conventional ultrasonography (US) and real time elastography were performed in 100 women with breast masses with the mean age is 50 years.
