Background: Several biomaterials have been suggested to augment the jumping gap during immediate implant placement.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the effect of xenograft or platelet derived growth factor (PRF) to graft the jumping gap in immediate implant placement in the maxillary premolar region.
