Keratoconus detected by corneal topography in patients seeking refractive surgery in Jazan region, Saudi Arabia: A retrospective cross-sectional study.

Background: Keratoconus is a non-inflammatory, chronic, idiopathic, corneal disease characterized by thinning of the core or paracentral part of the cornea. In this study, we demonstrate the prevalence of keratoconus among patients seeking refractive surgery using laser vision correction (LVC) at the Department of Ophthalmology, Private Eye Center, Jazan, Saudi Arabia.

Materials And Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study was undertaken with the data from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 in the ophthalmology department of Jazan city.

Burnout Among School Teachers During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Jazan Region, Saudi Arabia.

Background: Burnout is a syndrome that results from stressors in the work environment that have not been successfully managed. The prevalence of burnout among schoolteachers was always controversial. COVID-19 pandemic added more stressors to teachers since they had to change their working styles in response to the pandemic lockdowns or curfews.
