Background: Considering the high prevalence of tonsillectomy in children and concerns of postoperative management, this study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effects of oxymetazoline on bleeding, cough, and sore throat in children undergoing tonsillectomy.

Materials And Methods: The current double-blind clinical trial study was conducted on 88 tonsillectomy candidate patients. These patients were randomly divided into two groups.

Background: Meniere's disease (MD) is a complex disease that can severely affect the quality of life. In this systematic review and meta-analysis, we aimed to investigate the effect of vestibular rehabilitation (VR) versus control/other interventions on the quality of life in patients with MD.

Methods: We searched six electronic databases (PubMed/MEDLINE, Web of Science, EMBASE, Scopus, ProQuest, CENTRAL) from inception to September 30, 2022 with no language restriction for publications comparing the effect of VR with control/ other interventions in patients with MD.

Background: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the pathogen responsible for an acute respiratory disease designated COIVD-19, which has spread throughout the world. Despite all the struggles with this virus, still, the majority of societies are affected by COVID-19, which raises many questions such as are these ways of management enough, which is crucial in order to contain the virus spread, and which is not effective. In this systemic review, we tried to summarize the data on different ways of managing COVID-19 outbreaks.

A Comparison of Beclomethasone Aqueous Spray and Aerosol Delivery System in Nasal Polyps: A Randomized Control Trial.

Background: Considering the effect of beclomethasone on allergic rhinitis or nasal polyps, it has been attempted to find the best method of using this drug to have the maximum effect and increase the patients' satisfaction. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of beclomethasone aerosol and aqueous nasal sprays in the patients with nasal polyps.

Materials And Methods: This double-blind randomized clinical trial was conducted on 60 patients with nasal polyps.

Abnormal texture evolution of accumulative roll bonded Al-Cu by adding alumina particles.

Evolution of the texture of an Al-Cu composite after addition of alumina particles was investigated in details using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) method. Composite samples were produced by the Accumulative Roll Bonding (ARB) and alumina particles were uniformly added to the composite using anodizing technique. The process was accompanied by cutting, stacking and rolling the lamellar materials up to seven times.
