This study investigates the application of various regression models for predicting drug solubility in polymer and API-polymer interactions in complex datasets. To discover anti-acetylcholinesterase agents for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD), a series of novel Schiff base-coumarin hybrids was rationally designed, synthesized successfully, and structurally characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS) analyses.
