Background: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a training program based on cognitive emotion regulation strategies to reduce social anxiety and improve social self-efficacy among Hashemite University students.

Materials And Method: The study sample comprised 57 students randomly divided into two groups: The experimental group consisted of 28 students, and the control group consisted of 29 students. The experimental group was exposed to the training program consisting of 18 sessions, while the control group did not receive any experimental treatment.

Background: Although the interest in subjective well-being has flourished during recent decades, there is a general lack of research into this subject throughout the Arab world, and in the Jordanian academic environment in particular.

Objective: The present study aimed to identify any significant gender differences in the level of subjective well-being, and to examine the relationship between subjective well-being and social support among a sample of Hashemite University students.

This study was aimed at identifying the level of spiritual intelligence and its correlation with personality traits among a group of Jordanian undergraduate students. A purposive sample of 716 male and female students was chosen from different faculties at the Hashemite University. Two questionnaires on spiritual intelligence and personality traits were distributed to members of the sample during the academic year 2013-2014.
