Previous studies have explored nanofat stimulating tissue regeneration and maturation, promoting remodeling through its rich content of growth factors and stem cells; however, comprehensive data on its use in full-thickness wounds remains limited. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of combining nanofat with freeze-dried human amniotic membrane (FDHAM) for treating full-thickness wounds in a rabbit model. An animal experimental study using a post-test control group design was conducted.

The effect of deferoxamine injection on composite graft survival in rabbits.

Background: Composite graft as a reconstructive therapy option has limitations in size so that it is easily necrotic. Deferoxamine administration has been associated with increased neo-vascularity in wounds. We aimed to compare the administration of deferoxamine and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injection in a composite graft in rabbits.

Introduction: Cleft lips (CL) and cleft palate (CP) are common congenital diseases caused by gene mutation in embriology development of the lips and mouth at 4 weeks of gestation. CL and CP can cause several problems such as difficulty in eating, speaking, abnormality in teeth and mouth development and ear iritation. Adequate treatment is needed to improve patients' quality of life.
