Rhinophyma is a rare manifestation of rosacea. It is clinically characterized by sebaceous hypertrophy, fibrosis, and telangiectasia. Usually, it is considered as a cosmetic defect; however, in some cases, it might cause problems with nasal breathing and food consumption which forces the need for treatment.
