[Human toxicological information required for registration of plant protection products--regulation in EU].

The paper deals with the regulation of pesticides in agriculture, their EU marketing. National authorizations of pesticides are based on the Council Directive 91/414/EEC within the EU Member States. The authors outline the basic rules on the conditions and procedure for the authorization.
