Many surgical techniques have been proposed to address the submental-cervical angle in neck lift. Despite the several advances, obstacles persist when dealing with platysma bands and redefinition of the obtuse cervical angle. It is not only the most commonly performed cosmetic surgery, but also the aesthetic procedure with the highest reoperation rate.
Methods: A retrospective observational study of 306 female patients who underwent secondary breast surgery, with a follow-up of at least 1 year after surgery, from 2010 to 2020 is presented.
Breast implants are extensively employed for both reconstructive and esthetic purposes. However, the safety of breast implants with textured surfaces has been questioned, owing to a potential correlation with anaplastic large-cell lymphoma and the recurrence of breast cancer. This study investigates the immune response elicited by different prosthetic surfaces, focusing on the comparison between macrotextured and microtextured breast implants.

Materials And Methods: In order to correctly assess the ear preoperatively the authors have considered four different subunits: helical and scaphal region (A), antihelical region (B), conchal region (C) and lobule region (D).
Background: Surgical site infection represents the most severe complication in prosthetic breast reconstruction. Risk profiling represents a useful tool for both clinicians and patients.
Materials And Methods: In our hospital, 534 breast reconstructions with tissue expander implants, in 500 patients, were performed.
