Nodulo-ulcerative syphilis - case report and the review of literature.

We describe the case of tertiary syphilis involving the skin. The lesions had a nodular-ulcerative form, localized on both arms. The patient had high titers of treponemal and non-treponemal serological tests for syphilis and histopathological picture was indicative for nodulo-ulcerative syphilis.
