Objective: Inflammatory activity is one of the potential mechanisms of spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). Recently, the pericoronary adipose tissue attenuation (PCAT) derived from CT angiography (CTA) has been established as a method for measuring vascular inflammation.
