We present the findings of assessing the expression levels of extracellular TLR2 and TLR4 and intracellular TLR3 and TLR8 correlating with the severity of clinical manifestations of HPV infection. A total of 199 women took part in a single-center prospective comparative research study on TLR2, TLR3, TLR4 and TLR8 expression in HPV-related cervical lesions. This article presents two cases of non-melanoma skin cancer treated with photodynamic therapy (PDT). The first case involved a 74-year-old woman with a 4 cm basal cell carcinoma on her right zygomatic region, while the second case involved a 83-year-old woman with a 6 cm squamous cell carcinoma on her left peri‑auricular area. Both patients underwent two sessions of systemic PDT, with chlorin E6 (Photoran) as the photosensitizer, followed by red light illumination.

Aortic aneurism development is dependent on internal and external etiological factors that define the width of the therapeutic window available for the treatment of patients with such diagnosis. In this review, we provide a detailed overview of the most prominent of these factors. The aim of the work - to establish the interconnection and interdependence of toll-like mediated pathogenetic mechanisms of urogenital infection in pregnant women from the position of epigenomics. Using discriminant analysis in 89 patients with urogenital infection in pregnant women for the first time was established a reliable evidence-based relationship and interdependence between mucosal immunity, the severity of the infectious process, clinical manifestations, symptoms of miscarriage in the background of simultaneous development of the infectious process and pregnancy. For urgent delivery (infection), urgent childbirth (infection and clinical manifestation) and premature birth, mucosal immunity determines the severity of anti-infective resistance (with increasing mucosal immunity oppression of infectious process and clinical manifestations is logged , and its decrease increases the severity of infection process and clinical manifestations); the inhibition of mucosal immunity prevails over its hyperreaction (inhibition of mucosal immunity is determined by the physiological immunodepression in response to the development of pregnancy, as well as in response to herpes virus infection when activated); the severity of the infectious process depends on the severity of clinical manifestations and symptoms of miscarriage.

We present a systematic theoretical study of spin-dependent recombination and its effect on optical orientation of photoelectron spins in semiconductors with deep paramagnetic centers. For this aim we generalize the Shockley-Read theory of recombination of electrons and holes through the deep centers with allowance for optically-induced spin polarization of free and bound electrons. Starting from consideration of defects with three charge states we turn to the two-charge-state model possessing nine parameters and show that it is compatible with available experimental data on undoped GaAsN alloys.
