Successful evolution of morphea after hepatitis C virus eradication with direct-acting antiviral agent treatment.

Hepatitis C virus infection has been associated with many dermatologic conditions such as lichen planus, porphyria cutanea tarda, and cryoglobulinemia. Recently, an association of HCV with systemic sclerosis has been reported. However, there are few reports of the association of localized scleroderma or morphea with Hepatitis C Virus infection.
