Although abscesses of liver, brain and muscles, endophthalmitis or osteomyelitis have been reported, Infective endocarditis is a rare manifestation. This report illustrates a patient with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus who presented with clinical features of liver abscess with an incidental finding of infective endocarditis.
