Objective: We describe our experience for repair septal perforation with a septal flap and we analyse the route of the septal branch of the anterior ethmoidal artery (AEA) in the septum area with a radiological anatomy study in order to perform this flap.

Study Design: We carry out a prospective analysis with computed tomography scan in the cadaver heads and we perform an endoscopic technique in the patients.

Methods: Ten nasal cavities were analysed in five adult cadaveric heads and two patients diagnosed with anterior septal perforation were surgically treated.

Introduction: Augmentation rhinoplasty could be defined as the method whose goal is to increase the dimensions of the nasal pyramid, both the dorsum and the tip. The annual incidence rate for paranasal sinus cancer is quite low in Europe at approximately 1 case a year per 100 000 inhabitants. The most frequent site is the maxillary sinus; in some countries such as Spain, however, carcinomas of the ethmoidal sinus complex are more prevalent. Squamous cell carcinoma is the most frequent histological type and adenocarcinoma is the one with the best prognosis.

Objective: To study results of resection and end-to-end anastomosis in tracheal stenosis (TS).

Patients And Method: Retrospective review of 14 patients with previous long-term intubation and residual tracheal stenosis, all operated on with resection and end-to-end anastomosis. We studied the percentage of surgical success, decannulation index, use of Montgomery T tube, and complications.
