Objectives: Disorders in the cervical muscles, such as myofascial trigger points and tightness, are common factors in patients with cervicogenic headache (CEH). We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided interfascial blocks of the trapezius muscle in patients with CEH who showed tenderness in the upper cervical muscle groups.
Methods: A total of 23 patients were evaluated in the prospective observational trial.
Background: The NeVa™ thrombectomy device (Vesalio LLC, Nashville, USA) has been reported to succeed in large vessel occlusion thrombectomy in animal, in-vitro, and clinical studies. Designed with Drop Zone technology, a closed distal tip, and strong expansive radial force, the device demonstrated particular efficiency in resistant "white" thrombi in preclinical research. Our goal is to determine the safety and performance of this novel stent retriever on first-pass rates and overall recanalization.

Clot heterogeneity and permeability are under-recognized features that might provide additional information in predicting the efficacy of IV tPA.
Methods And Patients: Patients with proximal middle cerebral artery occlusion treated with "IV tPA alone" were included.
Objective: To determine if whole body vibration therapy (WBV) effectively improves functional outcome in patients with poststroke hemiplegia.
Materials And Methods: In this single-blind RCT, WBV group ( = 10) had 40 hz frequency/4 mm amplitude vibration during 5 minutes/session, 3 days a week, for a duration of 4 weeks. The control group ( = 11) had no vibration therapy for the same duration while standing on the same platform.
Introduction: Stroke has been projected to increase in developing countries like Turkey. Information about the prevalence of stroke may uncover the etiology of stroke and overcome its impact burden. However, data is limited due to a lack of studies based in Turkey and neighboring regions.

Recent studies have shown that long-term exposure to air pollutants (including PM10 particulates) is potentially an environmental risk factor for MS. We aimed to determine the prevalence rates of MS in two cities with different levels of air pollution.

Methods A total of 86 patients and 98 healthy subjects were included in this study. The natural menopausal age of the patients and healthy subjects were compared.

Aim: Aim of the study is to search the effects of whole body vibration (WBV) in fibromyalgia patients.
Materials And Methods: In this single blind study 20 fibromyalgia patients were diagnosed according to 2010 American College of Rheumatology criteria whom participated in the study with the mean age of 57 ± 7 (years). Participants were randomized into 2 equal groups.
Objective: Although various modalities of treatment of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculopathy (CIDP) there are not any treatment protocol agreed.
Materials And Methods: We retrospectively evaluated the 20 CIDP patients (14 male, 6 female). Five patients were excluded from the study because they could not continue their treatments due to various problems during the treatment.
