Introduction: Compare scoring systems using Fournier gangrene severity index (FGSI), Uludag Fournier gangrene severity index (UFGSI), Laboratory Risk Indicator for Necrotizing Fasciitis (LRINEC), and neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) to predict the outcome of patients with Fournier gangrene.
Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective cohort study that includes FG patients from 2012 to 2021. NLR, FGSI, UFGSI, and LRINEC values were calculated and analyzed.
