Amino acid profile and protein quality in tuber and leaf of (Lam.) (Cogn.) accessions of Ethiopia.

The protein content and amino acid profile of Anchote () leaves and tubers were determined from ten different accessions taken from Debre Zeit Agricultural Research Center, Ethiopia.
