Herein, we report the case of a 55-year-old man who was referred for further assessment of a right ventricular outflow tract mass. Assessment with cardiac magnetic resonance imaging revealed an enhancing mobile mass arising within the right ventricular outflow tract and extending into the main pulmonary artery.
