Background: L-arginine (L-Arg) is one of the most widely used amino acids in dietary and pharmacological products. However, the evidence on its usefulness and dose limitations, especially in diabetics is still controversial.
Aim: To investigate the effects of chronic administration of different doses of L-Arg on the cardiac muscle of type 2 diabetic rats.
Background: Chronic inflammation and its control are crucial to the responses of glomerular and renal tubular cells. This contributes to the pathogenic mechanisms and advancement of the disease in Alport syndrome. The study aimed to elucidate the role of cyclooxygenase-2, Interleukin 4, Plasminogen activating inhibitor 1, and Prostaglandin E2 in the development and course of Alport syndrome.

The effect of clinical adjustment on the optical properties of these ceramics, especially strength-gradient zirconia, remains unclear.
Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the color and translucency of gradient multilayered zirconia brands after grinding and polishing.
Background: The significance of assertiveness in promoting mental health is well acknowledged. To investigate the impact of assertiveness training on lowering anxiety, stress, and depression among college students at a private university in Cairo.
Materials And Methods: In this study, three questionnaires were used: demographic, Depression Anxiety Stress Scales (DASS-21), and Rathus Assertiveness Schedule.
Background: Cardiogenic shock (CS) remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality, particularly in developing countries where there are limited resources and a lack of data on CS outcomes. This study aimed to investigate 30-day all-cause mortality in Egyptian patients with CS at tertiary referral centers.
Results: This prospective, observational multicenter registry analyzed 16,681 patients from six cardiac centers, to evaluate the incidence, causes and predictors of CS-related mortality.

Background: Premature ejaculation (PE) is considered to be the most common male sexual disorder affecting 20% to 66% of sexually active men. Most of the patients had already tried on demand dapoxitine with no improvement. We aimed in the current study to assert the efficacy and safety profile of daily intake of 30 mg duloxetine in treating patients with lifelong premature ejaculation (LPE) as well as patients with acquired premature ejaculation (APE).

Introduction: Galectin-1 (Gal-1) and galectin-3 (Gal-3) are expressed by many immune cells and receive considerable attention in the context of immunity. We aimed to compare between seminal plasma and serum levels of Gal-1 and Gal-3 in azoospermic patients and fertile men.
Materials And Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted at the andrology outpatient clinic from January (2022) to September (2022).
Graph convolutional networks (GCNs) were a great step towards extending deep learning to graphs. GCN uses the graph and the feature matrix as inputs. However, in most cases the graph is missing and we are only provided with the feature matrix .

However, they have limitations such as high mortalities and low yield of cirrhotic animals that limit their uses. To overcome limitations of the chemically induced cirrhotic animal model via combined administration of methotrexate (MTX) with CCl and decrease their commonly used doses depending on the proposed synergetic cirrhotic effect.

Consequent fragility fractures are associated with high morbidity and mortality. Prevention of these fractures is possible by timely osteoporosis screening followed by timely therapeutic interventions when needed.

Since multidrug chemotherapeutic regimens were introduced in the 1970s, survival rates have been stationary. The Wnt-β-catenin signaling cascade and SOX9 have a significant contribution to skeletal growth, development, and tumorigenesis.

It was found that supplementation of seeds with oral antidiabetic medicines helps improve blood glucose control by enhanced β cells activity and alleviation of IR. However, the activities and related mechanisms of phytochemicals from seeds have not been thoroughly explored.

Accurate data about actual disease prevalence and heavily prevalent geographic locations are essential to help in early detection and in setting up effective preventive programs. We aim for screening βT carriers among Egyptian high school students in the Delta region.

Five hundred four consecutive NOA patients were included and underwent micro-TESE. The change in the mean TMSC and different seminiferous tubular diameters was of high statistical significance (p < 0.
