Background: Asymptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage (aICH) occurs in approximately 35% of patients with acute ischemic stroke after endovascular thrombectomy. Unlike symptomatic ICH, studies evaluating the effect of aICH on outcomes have been inconclusive.
