This study examines the productivity and factors influencing the productivity of Sharia-compliant life insurance businesses in Indonesia over six years, from 2014 to 2019. A Two-Stage Malmquist Productivity Index was utilized. The first stage examined productivity using the Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) method, while the second used the panel data regression method to identify the factors influencing productivity.
