Method: Methodological study in two phases: 1) Bundle construction from an integrative literature review from which interventions have been extracted to compose the instrument; 2) Bundle content and appearance validation by 24 judges.
Results: The 24 found articles presented 17 interventions for surgical site infection prevention in this population.
As part of the search for anti-trypanosomal agents, this work presents the production of sixteen derivatives. All of them were obtained from two natural diterpenes, one with kaurane skeleton (-kaurenoic acid) and other with a pimarane skeleton (-pimaradienoic acid). Then, the eighteen compounds were assayed against epimastigote form of , with the derivatives showing increase of activity in relation to their precursors.
