Background: Geographic, demographic, and socioeconomic differences in health outcomes persist despite the global focus on these issues by health organizations. Barriers to accessing care contribute significantly to these health disparities. Among these barriers, those related to travel time-the time required for patients to travel from their residences to health facilities-remain understudied compared with others.

Background: With the increased availability of data, a growing number of studies have been conducted to address the impact of social determinants of health (SDOH) factors on population health outcomes. However, such an impact is either examined at the county level or the state level in the United States. The current study reduced the time lag between performing a diagnostic assessment and identifying a critical finding in CT and MRI exams through improving radiographers' abilities to identify those critical findings. Radiographers' diagnostic assessments in CT and MRI exams were used to develop a mobile training application with the aim to improve radiographers' awareness of critical findings. The current research used data analytics to examine radiographers' interpretation of imaging studies from a privately owned medical group in Israel.
