Abstract: Pulmonary artery aneurysm is a rare anomaly with an autopsy prevalence of 1:14,000. These aneurysms can arise secondary to various etiologies, with congenital causes identified in 25% of cases and congenital heart diseases (CHD) responsible for more than half of these cases.

Congenital lobar overinflation (CLO) is a rare congenital pulmonary abnormality characterized by progressive overexpansion of a lobe(s) exerting mass effect on the remaining lobes and the mediastinum. Bilateral involvement is extremely rare and has been reported only a handful of times. We present a case of bilateral congenital lobar overinflation in a term female neonate managed with single-step bilateral lobectomies.

Background: Developing countries, undernutrition remains significant public health attention, as it was a combined consequence of poor dietary consumption and recurrent infectious illness especially in countries same Ethiopia. Undernutrition is associated with morbidity and mortality among children. This study, therefore, was conducted to assess the prevalence and associated factors of undernutrition among under-five children from the model and non-model households at Eastern Gojjam administrative Zone, northwest Ethiopia.
