Background: The rural-urban healthcare disparity in India was exacerbated during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the second wave hitting rural areas particularly hard due to weak infrastructure. A study in Chhattisgarh aims to explore the experiences of severely ill COVID-19 survivors and caregivers to inform patient-centric care delivery in primary settings.
Methods: In this qualitative study, we conducted in-depth interviews with seven patients and seven caregivers during home visits or telephonically to understand lived experiences of receiving care for COVID-19 in an ICU in the public health system.
Introduction: Isolated oculomotor nerve palsy after mild traumatic brain injury is unusual and prognostically significant due to unclear mechanisms and recovery challenges. We present a case of isolated oculomotor nerve palsy following minor head trauma, shedding light on this unusual occurrence.
Case Report: A 24-year-old male experienced severe vision loss and right-sided oculomotor nerve palsy after a motor vehicle collision.
Background: The policy attention to primary health care has seen a global upswing in recent years, including in India. Here, we establish that the SET domain of SUVH5 allosterically restricts the SRA domain to the 5mC containing strand(s) of fully methylated CpG, hemi-methylated CpG and methylated CpHpH DNA. In addition, SET domain enhances the binding affinity of the SRA-SET dual domains to fully-mCpG but not to hemi-mCpG.

However, PTX is reported to induce premature acrosome reaction (AR) and, exert toxic effects on oocyte function and early embryo development. Additionally, in vitro binding studies as well as computational binding free energy (ΔG) suggest that PTX exhibits weak binding to sperm PDEs, indicating room for improvement.

Methods: A cross sectional study was conducted by using FTND questionnaire among 200 existing smokers. The cut-off point for HSI was kept at 4; high early smokers and heavy smokers were classified as those individuals who smoked within 30 minutes after waking up and individuals who smoked 30 cigarettes or more daily, respectively.
