Onodi Cell Mucocele as a Cause of Acute-Onset Blindness - A Rare cause of Optic Neuropathy.

Compressive optic neuropathy caused by Onodi cell-associated mucocele is a rare complication with only a few cases reported in the literature. We describe a new case of Onodi cell mucocele in a 32-year-old woman who presented with progressive blurring of vision and pain in her right eye. CT and MRI were diagnostic of an Onodi cell mucocele.

Robotic computed tomography-guided celiac plexus neurolysis: our experience of technique and outcomes.

We report the use of robot assistance for computed tomography-guided celiac plexus neurolysis for the first time. Four patients of upper abdominal cancer with intractable pain despite opioids were positioned prone on the PET-computed tomography scanner, which measured the accurate coordinates for the entry, depth and angle of the target point. The robot positioned its arm over the patient in accordance with the set needle path.
