Online learning has changed all elements of teaching of entire learning structure from primary to university level all around the world so that the challenges of online teaching are required to be optimized. The prominent objective of this manuscript is to optimize the issues of online teaching-learning in online education. Twelve issues of online teaching-learning are shortlisted by performing deep reviewing of the literature and grouping into three categories: "Students' issues," "Common issues," and "Teachers' issues" using the opinions of expert people.

The aim of the presented work is to analyze the ergonomics-related disorders in online education using the fuzzy AHP approach. A group dialogue with online education academicians, online education students, biotechnologists, and sedentary computer users has been performed to spot ergonomics-related disorders in online education. Totally eight ergonomics-related disorders in online education have been identified, and the weight of each disorder has been computed with triangle-shaped fuzzy numbers in pairwise comparison.
