Objectives: To assess the function of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) both only and in combination with bioactive glass in intrabony defects.
Materials And Method: Twenty patients were split into two groups with 10 samples each: group I with PRP alone, whereas group II was done with PRP in addition to bioactive glass. Following local anesthesia, full-thickness mucoperiosteal flaps were elevated in the afflicted site, the defect was debrided, and root planning with curettes was performed.

Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of tranexamic acid, an antifibrinolytic agent in comparison with a placebo with respect to the reduction of incidence of AO after the extraction of mandibular molars by using following parameters: Pain, disintegration of Clot, halitosis.
Loosening of lower denture has always been a common complaint of denture wearer, particularly in case of severe bone resorption. Various treatment modalities including preprosthetic surgery or ridge augmentation therapy to improve the ridge height and conventional implant treatments are available. But many patients are not willing to undergo through such extensive surgical procedure or conventional twin stage implant therapy owing to the chronic old age ailment and cost factor.

Materials And Methods: Sixty single-rooted premolars were biomechanically prepared, inoculated with E.
Context: Implant design influences the stress distribution in an implant-supported distal cantilever fixed partial denture and supporting bone tissue.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of implant design on the stress distribution in the framework, implant, and surrounding bone, using a three-dimensional finite-element analysis.
Materials And Methods: A three-dimensional finite-element model of a mandibular section of bone with implants placed in the first and second premolar region was created to support a distal cantilever fixed partial denture.
