Determinants of birth asphyxia at public hospitals in Ilu Aba Bor zone southwest, Ethiopia: a case control study.

Birth asphyxia is a leading cause of neonatal deaths, which accounts for about 31.6% of all neonatal deaths in Ethiopia. Despite its being one of the important causes of morbidity and mortality in newborns, its determinants were not investigated according to local context.
