- Results indicated a significant decrease in adult worm counts across all treatment groups, with the silver nanoparticles achieving an 88.64% mortality rate in adult worms, alongside notable intestinal alterations found in infected untreated mice.
Trichinellosis is a serious worldwide parasitic zoonosis. The available therapy for the treatment of Trichinella spiralis is not satisfactory. Therefore, the recovery of effective treatment is required.

Screening by vector dissection is a tiresome technique. We aimed to screen filarial parasites in their vectors by single and multiplex PCR and evaluate the usefulness of multiplex PCR as a rapid xenomonitoring and simultaneous differentiation tool, in area where 3 filarial parasites are coexisting.
