Pleural endometriosis is a rare manifestation of endometriosis that usually presents with catamenial symptoms, with or without complications. Here, we present a case of incidentally discovered pleural involvement of endometriosis in an asymptomatic young female. Pleurocentesis revealed bloody exudative pleural effusion with lymphocytic predominance.
