Aortocaval fistula (ACF) due to a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm is an uncommon medical condition that can be fatal if not diagnosed. ACF has several atypical signs and symptoms, making it challenging to diagnose, and an early diagnosis notably improves outcomes.
