Castleman's disease (CD) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder that presents with heterogeneous clinical manifestations. We present a case report of a 34-year-old male patient co-infected with CD and HIV, who exhibited tongue lesions along with systemic symptoms. Prompt diagnosis and appropriate management, including antiretroviral therapy (ART) and targeted treatment for CD, resulted in significant clinical improvement.
