Purpose: To assess the risk factors for suprachoroidal hemorrhage (SCH) following glaucoma surgery in pediatric patients at a tertiary eye center.
Methods: The medical records of 326 patients (326 eyes) who underwent glaucoma surgery between January 2014, and September 2017 were reviewed retrospectively. Seventeen cases with SCH were compared with 309 controls who underwent uneventful glaucoma surgery during the same period.
Purpose: To report the incidence and outcomes of suprachoroidal hemorrhage (SCH) associated with pediatric glaucoma surgery.
Method: The medical records of pediatric patients (<18 years of age) who had undergone glaucoma surgery and developed SCH from June 2014 to September 2017 were reviewed retrospectively. In all cases, the SCH was suspected clinically and was confirmed by B-scan ultrasound.
Purpose: To study prognostic spectral domain optical coherence tomography parameters in diabetic cystoid macular edema after anti-vascular endothelial growth factor therapy.
Methods: Retrospective cohort study included 49 eyes with the new onset diabetic cystoid macular edema that had to have a macular spectral domain optical coherence tomography and fluorescein angiography at presentation. The baseline optical coherence tomography scans were analyzed for variables indicative of the extent of retinal involvement by the cystoid change and its location about the center.
Objective: To investigate the clinical features, prevalence, role of surgical intervention and the visual prognosis of macular holes (MH) in patients with Behcet's disease (BD).
Materials And Methods: Retrospective study of patients with BD and MH from January 1998 to November 2008.
Results: Out of 159 patients, 21 eyes of 17 patients were identified with MH.
