Unlabelled: We described the case of a 23-year-old Nepalese man with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis and abnormal x-ray findings, found to be due to a very rare bone disease: Camurati Engelmann disease or progressive diaphyseal dysplasia (PDD). This is the first case reported in the Gulf area, although approximately 300 cases have been described worldwide. These patients usually present with limb pain and easy fatigability.

Methods: Between 15th January 2007 and 15th January 2008, 340 healthy volunteers were included in this study. Each subject completed a diary to determine the duration of sunlight exposure, and vitamin D supplements.
Aim: To study the clinical presentation of poststreptococcal reactive arthritis (PSRA) and its periarticular manifestation.
Methods: This is a retrospective study. The files of all patients diagnosed with PSRA between January 2004 and November 2007 were reviewed with a predetermined checklist.
