This study proposed wavelet-based approaches to characterise random vibration road excitations for durability prediction of coil springs. Conventional strain-life approaches require long computational time, while the accuracy of the vibration fatigue methods is unsatisfactory. Visual observation was used to observe the deformation of the beam under cyclic loading. The sensors of metal magnetic memory were scanned in the middle of the beam at a distance of 320 mm at the bottom part.

Purpose: This study evaluated the clinical and biochemical safety profile of infiltration of lidocaine with adrenaline in wide-awake local anesthesia no tourniquet for distal radius plating.

QSAR, ADME-Tox, molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations of novel selective glycine transporter type 1 inhibitors with memory enhancing properties.

A structural class of forty glycine transporter type 1 (GlyT1) inhibitors, was examined using molecular modeling techniques. The quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) technology confirmed that human GlyT1 activity is strongly and significantly affected by constitutional, geometrical, physicochemical and topological descriptors. Asthma exacerbations are among the commonest reasons for hospitalizations in Malaysian pilgrims during the Hajj. We interviewed 21 stakeholders involved in the pre-Hajj health examination at 14 primary care clinics, to explore their perceptions on barriers to and facilitators of asthma care for Hajj pilgrims.
