Gender Differences in Prevalence of Sleepy Driving Among Young Drivers in Saudi Arabia.

Introduction: Sleepy driving is associated with Motor Vehicles Accidents (MVAs). In Saudi Arabia, previous studies have addressed this association among men only. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the prevalence of sleepy driving and associated factors between genders.

Efficacy of vibrotactile positional therapy devices on patients with positional obstructive sleep apnoea: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Introduction: Vibrotactile positional therapy (PT) devices are a new treatment modality for positional obstructive sleep apnoea (POSA). This review aimed to determine the effect of vibrotactile PT on the Apnoea Hypopnoea Index (AHI) and the percentage of time spent in the supine position (%Tsupine) in patients with POSA, compared with baseline. Secondary aims were to investigate the effect on daytime sleepiness, quality of life and sleep quality.

Evaluate the Malocclusion in Subjects Reporting for Orthodontic Treatment among Saudi Population in Asser Region.

Background: Oral health is an important component of general health and is associated with the development of a healthy personality. The malocclusion has been shown to affects oral health, leads to increased prevalence of dental caries and may result in temporo-mandibular joint disorders. Hence, the present study was conducted to evaluate the malocclusion in subjects reporting for orthodontic treatment among Saudi population in Asser region by using Dental Aesthetic Index (DAI).
