Limbal stem cell deficiency (LSCD) is a very challenging situation and difficult to manage. A great works and ideas were conducted over the past 50 years. Numerous surgical techniques were proposed.

Purpose: To assess intra-correlations between lens density based-on Scheimpflug Imaging System, power used during surgery, surgery duration, and endothelial cell loss in eyes with nuclear cataract.

Setting: Department of Ophthalmology, King Fahd Hospital of the University, Alkhobar, Saudi Arabia.

Design: Prospective cross-sectional observational study.

Extraskeletal myxoid chondrosarcoma (EMC) is a rare soft tissue tumor. Numerous cases of EMC have been reported in different anatomical locations. There is currently only a single case of EMC of the orbit and that was reported in 1985.
