The main objective of this study is to provide insights into the clinical problems and considerations in managing pediatric patients with both diabetes and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) by summarizing the available information. We conducted a comprehensive search across electronic resources, including ScienceDirect, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Scopus. Two independent reviewers evaluated and retrieved information from qualifying papers.
