Bullet embolization from a gunshot wound is a rare entity in trauma patients. We report a case of a 37-year-old female patient who was brought to the trauma unit after sustaining multiple gunshots to the chest and abdomen. Followed by embolization of the bullet from the right subclavian artery to the right common femoral artery.

The literature on inclusive education suggests a set of practices that teachers need to implement to achieve successful inclusive education. The intent of the current study was to contribute to the development of inclusive education in Saudi Arabia by providing an initial investigation of the extent to which teachers possess knowledge and skills in using these practices. The sample of the study consisted of 125 teachers who were surveyed about their experience in using inclusive teaching practices.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of peer training implemented alone and the effect of combining contingency contracting with peer training on promoting social interactions among students with ASD and their peers. Three students with ASD and six typically developing peers enrolled in an inclusive elementary school participated in the study. Ten-minute observations were conducted during recess time to collect data on the participants' social interactions.

Objective: Reread-Adapt and Answer-Comprehend (RAAC) + Goal Setting intervention is a reading intervention that addresses both oral reading fluency (ORF) and reading comprehension while supporting persistence and motivation for learners who struggle with reading.

Method: We delivered the RAAC + Goal Setting intervention to five young adult learners with intellectual disabilities (ID) in a postsecondary education setting. In the study, we investigated the effects of the intervention on generalization of reading skills to novel passages.

Celiac artery aneurysms (CAA) are one of the rarest forms of visceral artery aneurysms. For an active, ambulant patient with critical, lower limb ischemia, amputation can lead to a poor quality of life. A small group of older people with critical limb ischemia are considered at high risk for revascularization under conventional anesthesia owing to their comorbid conditions. In these cases, when endovascular therapy is not an option, the decision to amputate or revascularize presents a dilemma, especially in ambulant patients.
