The lesions were classified according to the fourth edition of the World Health Organization Classification of Head and Neck Tumors.

Introduction: Extrauterine recurrent metastasis of Low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LG-ESS) to major blood vessels is largely rare with few reported cases.

Case: Herein, we present a case of a 51-year-old female with recurrent LG-ESS that has metastasized after 12 years to the inferior vena cava (IVC) and extended into the right atrium and common iliac veins. Computed tomography showed an intracardiac larger thrombus within the right atrium extending into the inferior vena cava and common iliac veins.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the intra- and inter-grader reliability of four evaluators using three different digital intraoral scanners and visual methods for typodontic Class II composite preparations.

Materials And Methods: Ninety-five typodont teeth of Class II composite preparations were evaluated using traditional visual grading methods (VGM) and digital grading methods (DGM) using the same rubric. Three intraoral scanners were used to scan the Class II cavity preparation for the composite: i700 (Medit, Korea), Trios 4 (3Shape, Denmark), and Shinning 3D (Shinning 3D, China).

Lymphadenopathy is a common presentation of both reactive and malignant diseases, and lymph node fine-needle aspiration cytology (LN-FNAC) is an effective and inexpensive screening method. It can prevent unnecessary invasive surgery and excisional biopsy, especially in benign cases. Unfortunately, the lack of universally accepted terminology for reporting results has hindered its widespread support.

This report presents a case of ipsilateral foot drop and erectile dysfunction following the use of a traction table during intramedullary femur fixation. The patient, a 39-year-old male, underwent surgery for a femur fracture using an intramedullary nail and was positioned on a traction table during the procedure. Post-operatively, he developed foot drop and erectile dysfunction.

Histiocytic sarcoma (HS) is a rare cancerous tumor that originates from fully developed histiocytes. It is most often identified by the presence of certain proteins such as the cluster of differentiation (CD) 68, CD163, or lysozyme. HS has been recorded in different sites outside of the lymph nodes such as the gastrointestinal tract, nasal cavities, skin, and bone marrow.
