Screening potential wheat genotypes against heat stress and selecting some suitable indicators to assist in understanding thermotolerance could be crucial for sustaining wheat cultivation. Accordingly, 80 diverse bread wheat genotypes were evaluated in controlled lab condition by imposing a week-long heat stress (35/25 C D/N) at the seedling stage.

ORIC-101 is a potent and selective GR antagonist that was investigated in combination with taxane chemotherapy as an anticancer regimen preclinically and in a phase 1 clinical trial.
Patients And Methods: The ability of ORIC-101 to reverse taxane resistance was assessed in cell lines and xenograft models, and a phase 1 study (NCT03928314) was conducted in patients with advanced solid tumors to determine the dose, safety, and antitumor activity of ORIC-101 with nab-paclitaxel.
Background: The Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center Questionnaire on Health Problems (OSTRC-H) is a proven surveillance method to register acute injury, overuse injury, or illness in athletes. However, it has not yet been translated into Malay.
Purpose: To translate, culturally adapt, and validate the OSTRC-H into Malay using internationally established guidelines.
Purpose: Healthcare workers (HCWs) wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) experience physiological strain that can impair motor and psychological functions, potentially affecting patient care. We assessed the effects of heat exposure on maximal strength and risk-taking behavior among PPE-wearing HCWs and the efficacy of ice slurry to alleviate adverse effects.
Methods: Seventeen HCWS completed two experimental trials in a crossover design, consuming 5 g·kg -1 of body mass of ambient drink (AMB) or ice slurry (ICE) before donning PPE and undergoing 2 h of simulated decontamination exercise (wet-bulb globe temperature (WBGT): 25.
Introduction: Breast imaging plays a crucial role in the early detection and management of breast cancer, with visual quality, modality innovation and diagnostic performance being key factors in achieving accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes. This paper presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the literature on the three above elements focusing on breast imaging, aiming to uncover publication trends, identify influential works and authors, and highlight future research directions.
Methods: We employed a methodical bibliometric approach, making use of Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases for gathering literatures.
Supercapacitors have substantially altered the landscape of sophisticated energy storage devices with their exceptional power density along with prolonged cyclic stability. On the contrary, their energy density remains low, requiring research to compete with conventional battery storage devices. This study addresses the disparities between energy and power densities in energy storage technologies by exploring the integration of layered double hydroxides (LDH) and highly conductive materials to develop an innovative energy storage system.

Method: This was a retrospective record review of all cataract patients who met the inclusion criteria and underwent uneventful superior wound phacoemulsification with nontoric intraocular lens (IOL) by a single surgeon from 2014 to 2019. Using optical biometry or immersion technique, the preoperative AL determined solely via the Sanders, Retzlaff and Kraff 2 (SRK2) formula was selected.
The diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) technique is known for its capability to differentiate the diffusion of water molecules between cancerous and non-cancerous cervix tissues, which enhances the accuracy of detection. Despite the potential of DWI-MRI, its accuracy is limited by technical factors influencing in vivo data acquisition, thus impacting the quantification of radiomics features. This study aimed to measure the radiomics stability of manual and semi-automated segmentation on contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE)-enhanced DWI-MRI cervical images.
