Pauci-immune glomerulonephritis is a rapidly progressive form of glomerulonephritis. It is distinguished from other rapidly progressive glomerular diseases by the lack of immune deposits seen on renal biopsy, hence the name "pauci-immune." We present a case of pauci-immune glomerulonephritis in a patient with a history of malignancy that was treated with chemotherapy.

Our study aims to identify reasons why PBC patients did not receive the recommended UDCA treatment.
Methods: Using medical record data collected by the Fibrotic Liver Disease (FOLD) Consortium for 2006-2016, we identified PBC patients from a single site with no UDCA therapy record.
Background: Chronic inflammation is associated with many inflammatory diseases. Specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) are well known for their crucial role in promoting the resolution phase of inflammation and restoring tissue homeostasis. Resolvin D1 (RvD1) is an endogenous omega-3-derived lipid mediator with pro-resolving activity.

Objective: This research aimed to evaluate the changes in the frequencies of micronucleated cells in patients' buccal epithelial cells following dental panoramic radiography.
Methods: 74 patients were recruited for the study who were advised for panoramic radiographs.
Alstrom syndrome is an autosomal recessive disease. It affects multiple systems, including cardiovascular, renal, endocrine, and eyes. Our patient is a 25-year-old female who presented with elevated creatinine.

These techniques also offer advantages in the orthodontic (ortho) and aesthetic domains. This study aimed to evaluate and compare the rates of lower anterior decrowding with piezocision and micro-osteoperforation.

The objective of the systematic review was to explore the importance of thin and thick periodontal phenotypes and how they affect the outcome of periodontal and restorative therapies by looking at a number of academic publications from various online databases.
Methods: Following the PRISMA guidelines (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review standards), relevant data will be searched and retrieved from three significant scientific databases, including PubMed, EBSCO, and Scopus.
Ebselen is a selenoorganic chiral compound with antioxidant properties comparable to glutathione peroxidase. It is also known as 2-phenyl-1,2-benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-one. In studies examining its numerous pharmacological activities, including antioxidant, anticancer, antiviral, and anti- Alzheimer's, ebselen has demonstrated promising results.

Background: Histamine and cysteinyl leukotrienes (CysLTs) are potent inflammatory mediators in allergic rhinitis (AR). Studies involving other combinations of antihistaminics (Levocetirizine) and highly selective leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTA) (Montelukast) combination have shown additive benefits and are widely prescribed for AR.
Objective: Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bilastine 20 mg and Montelukast 10 mg fixed-dose combination (FDC) therapy in patients with AR.
