Background: Human immunodeficiency virus- positive women have an increased risk of precancerous lesions and invasive cervical cancer. Background: This systematic review aims to determine the epidemiological profile, etiology and risk factors, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, cost-effectiveness, survival, and quality of life related to cervical cancer in Morocco.

Methods: This study was conducted according to the recommendations of the "preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis." The PubMed, ScienceDirect, Springer, Web of Science data bases were used, as was Google Scholar for the grey literature.
