Analysis of Emerging Variants of Turkey Reovirus using Machine Learning.

Avian reoviruses continue to cause disease in turkeys with varied pathogenicity and tissue tropism. Turkey enteric reovirus has been identified as a causative agent of enteritis or inapparent infections in turkeys. The new emerging variants of turkey reovirus, tentatively named turkey arthritis reovirus (TARV) and turkey hepatitis reovirus (THRV), are linked to tenosynovitis/arthritis and hepatitis, respectively.

Machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL), in particular, are common tools for anomaly detection (AD). With the rapid increase in the number of Internet-connected devices, the growing desire for Internet of Things (IoT) devices in the home, on our person, and in our vehicles, and the transition to smart infrastructure and the Industrial IoT (IIoT), anomaly detection in these devices is critical. Background: Mobile health (MH) technologies including clinical decision support systems (CDSS) provide an efficient method for patient monitoring and treatment. A mobile CDSS is based on real-time sensor data and historical electronic health record (EHR) data. Raw sensor data have no semantics of their own; therefore, a computer system cannot interpret these data automatically.
