Filed observations and the measured stretched lineations along thrust planes reveal two main thrusting directions; ESE- (to NE- and NNE-)- and NW- (to WNW-)-directions belonging to two main phases of contraction. The timing of both phases is indirectly constrained.

In this study, we utilized single-cell RNA-seq of MOC1 tumors treated with Smyd3 ASOs and found enrichment of type I IFN response pathways in cancer cells, a shift of CD8 T-cells toward an activated/memory phenotype, and a shift of neutrophils toward an anti-tumorigenic phenotype. Mechanisms of resistance to the Smyd3 ASO and anti-PD-1 combination were derived from cancer cells, macrophages, and CD8 T-cells, including neutrophil enrichment through the upregulation of , repression of and defective antigen presentation.

While anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibition alone had little effect, it further enhanced intratumor T cell activation in combination with anti-TNFR1.

The aim of this work is to measure the influence of copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) on growth performance, carcass traits, renal and hepatic indices, immunity, lipid profile, antioxidant status, blood minerals, digestive enzymes, and cecal microbiota in broilers. 300 unsexed one-week-old Arbor Acre broiler chicks in total were randomly assigned into 5 treatment groups of 60 chicks per eachwhich were divided into 5 replicates of 12 chicks. The 1st group (G1) was given basal diet (only); the 2nd group (G2), the 3rd group (G3), the 4th group (G4) and the 5th group (G5) were given basal diet treated with CuNPs at a rate of 5, 10, 15, and 20 mg/kg diet, respectively.

Machine learning and remote sensing techniques are widely accepted as valuable, cost-effective tools in lithological discrimination and mineralogical investigations. The current study represents an attempt to use machine learning classification along with several remote sensing techniques being applied to Landsat-8/9 satellite data to discriminate the various outcropping lithological rock units at the Duwi Shear Belt (DSB) area in the Central Eastern Desert of Egypt. Multi-class machine learning classification, multiple conventional remote sensing mapping techniques, spectral separability analysis based on the Jeffries-Matusita (J-M) distance measure, fieldwork, and petrographic investigations were integrated to enhance the lithological discrimination of the exposed rock units at DSB area.
